“This machine can be used to play animations with gameboy music (it uses lsdj clock as a master).

What do all the knobs do? (left to right):
- The left knob sets the speed for the rotating plate.
- The strobe frequency, and the bike lamps light are set in sequence, recorded with the knob with the two push buttons below it.
- The cameras pan tilt servos, can be recorded in sequence, with the two knobs and the toggle switch below them.
- The next toggle switch sets the sequencer to 3/4 or 4/4.
- And the next toggle switch sets the sequencer to 32 or 64 or 128 steps if 4/4 is selected. Or 24 or 48 or 96 if 3/4 is selected.

Some of the animations are gif animations from the internet, but most of the animations were made with a gameboy camera, exported with a gb xchanger and converted into a circle with a php script i made. You can see some of the circles in the pictures below.”

Just discovered happily that Mozilla is launching its own open source music player Songbird.
.
its offering integration of last.fm, SHOUTcast and other online services by add ons. and is compatible with a variety of MTP Devices (ZEN, Ipod …) and file formats (ogg, flac, …)
.
The Default look is Itunes like but can be changed by feathes (themes).

cd ripping, getting online metadata and video handling are currently missing but already on Songbirds Roadmap.

Wenn die folgende Maßnahme an möglichst viele Leute weitergeleitet wird, dann könnten die Handy-Diebstähle sicher deutlich zurückgehen. Jedes Handy hat eine eigene, einmalige Seriennummer.

Diese kann wie folgt aufgerufen werden:
*#06# Darauf wird die Seriennummer des Handys angezeigt.

Diese Nummer notieren und aufbewahren. Wenn nun ein Handy gestohlen werden sollte, muss man diese Seriennummer dem Telefonhändler oder Hersteller melden, und dieser kann dann das Handy total blockieren, auch wenn der Dieb eine neue SIM-Karte einsetzt. Man bekommt davon zwar sein Handy nicht zurück, aber man hat wenigstens die Genugtuung, dass der Dieb auch nichts mehr damit anfangen kann … Wenn alle Handy-Besitzer diese Vorkehrung 20treffen würden, würde es sich bald nicht mehr lohnen, ein Handy zu klauen!”
